The Fri B4 CNY
Yest had a nice k-session with my colleagues and friends. We started singing all the oldies songs, like those Sg drama serials soundtracks in the 80s! Woah! But it lasted till abt 12 midnite..damn late when I sleep, and still got work tmr.
I realise that I've been in a tense mode ever since I start work, like I cant even breathe in deeply..must learn to relax man! But work is kinda frustrating, this stupid person came back with a whole shitloads of comments, and ask me to do this and that. Sounds familar? Very bu shuang the person, but I keep telling myself, dont let this put you off, and get yourself angry. Must learn to do that!
Anyway, me and my colleagues went to Crystal Jade at JP to eat CNY lunch, just an impromptu one. I managed to get the bill, since I've been free-loading them for a few occasions already, luckily they let me pay the bill. There's this lucky dip if you use a Citibank card to pay for the meal if the meal exceeds $68...and guess what..I got a $20 Crystal Jade Dining voucher!! =) A middle prize..the best is $1,888 voucher, the worst is a pack of cookies..at least I din get the cookies...heeehee...I love Crystal Jade...everything is so nice there! =)
Oh ya, must learn to smile more too..it'd brighten up my day, and others' days..and get rid of stress! =)
Chinese New Year is coming again...it's something I look fwd to and abhor..good to meet your relatives and friends, good excuse for gambing and drinking sins, good food, holidays, but bad coz I'd get bombarded by my relatives again.."Got boyfriend anot?', 'How come don't have?', "You too picky izznt?" ...well luckily it's only once a year that I have to face such things...
Anyway, it shd be a festive of joy, and we should throw away all our work, and fully induldge in just being yourself, and doing whatever you like!
